Step / R90 Technique Personal Profiler
After purchase you will receive an email link to complete your R90T Personal Profile. Once submitted another link will give you access to book your first coaching session. Please factor in 5 working days before your first session and up to 45 minutes.
Step // 45 minute 1-2-1 Session
Nick will run through your profile insights and raise awareness of the 7 Key Sleep Recovery Indicators [KSRI's] and which ones are in play.
Identify your 3 key factors to optimise recovery (sleeping) both mentally and physically and provide actionable, achievable and sustainable techniques to implement.
Nick will share your Personal R90T HandBook and during a 7/14 day period you will have full access to Nick via email/WhatsApp as the changes are implemented and experienced.
Step /// Review Session
As required a 45 minute review, catch up session would allow both yourself and Nick to establish if any further coaching sessions are required in follow up and or at a later date.
