This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom. Your use of our website is governed by English law and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English court.
Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website, from outside the UK, complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
Sport Sleep Coach will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Sport Sleep Coach nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of sportsleepcoach.com or any of its employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.
Eligibility to purchase
The purchase of merchandise through Sport Sleep Coach is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site in accordance with English law.
In order to make purchases through the website, you will be requested to provide personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items or services you will be required to provide payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
Acceptance of your order
Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation policy below, a contract between the customer and Sport Sleep Coach for the sale of our products and services will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the website, removing screening or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Payment and taxes
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 20%.
We currently accept payment made by Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Sport Sleep Coach. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Sport Sleep Coach, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take all reasonable care to make our website as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. At Sport Sleep Coach we do not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.
Insurance
Sport Sleep Coach insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. At which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Online descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions and specifications of our products are correct at the time of publication. Please note, however, that due to the variations caused by browser software or computer systems, used by you, goods may not be exactly the same colour as shown in our colour reproductions.
While Sport Sleep Coach endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Sport Sleep Coach will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.

Our returns policy
All our products and coaching services are deemed as Non Refundable.
Our book SLEEP is supplied by third party retailers and their terms & conditions apply.
Our Audio Course is a Downloadable product and cannot be returned once the files have been downloaded.
Our 1-2-1 Coaching and Workshop Services are personal and bespoke delivered in real time.
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. However this does not apply to the products and services we provide unless cancelled in advance of any products or services being supplied.
Cancellations before any products or services are supplied will be refunded in full or part on request.
However if you are not happy with your products or service we will do what we can to get it right for you.
