Investment Time up to 180 minutes over a 7/10 day period.
Step 1. Once you have made your purchase Nick will be in touch to arrange your first coaching session to suit your timezone, needs and schedules. This is normally completed via the Zoom platform or similar.

Step 2. During your first 60/90 minute session Nick will gather some details on your current profile, key factors in play and objectives. Raise your awareness of the 7 Key Sleep Recovery Indicators [KSRI's] and which ones are in play for you.
Identify your 3 key factors to optimise recovery (sleeping) both mentally and physically and provide actionable, achievable and sustainable techniques to implement.
*Any sleep tracker being used or data collected will be considered.
Nick will then assess the first session outcomes, prepare and share your Personal R90T Technique HandBook (PDF)
During a reset period of 5/7 days Nick will be available via email/WhatsApp as the changes are implemented and experienced.
Step 3. After the reset period is completed a review session will be arranged to allow both yourself and Nick to establish what has been achieved, what are the next 3 key factors to focus on and what else could be achieved moving forward.
Once this review session has been completed your R90T HandBook would be updated providing you with everything you need to optimise your sleep and sleeping now and for your future.
