Elite high performance 1-2-1 coaching session with Nick Littlehales the leading Elite Sports Sleeping Performance Coach. Designed for elite athletes and high achieving individuals in world sport and business who need to, want to, optimise sleeping hours and personal best performance more often than not.
Investment time up to 180 minutes over 30 days or whatever it takes.
Step 1. Once you have made your purchase Nick will be in touch to arrange your first coaching session to suit your timezone, needs and schedules. This is normally completed via the Zoom platform or similar. *Be patient allow up to 3 working days
Step 2. During your first 60/90 minute session Nick will gather some details on your current profile, key factors in play and objectives. Raise your awareness of the 7 Key Sleep Recovery Indicators [KSRI's] and which ones are in play for you.
Nick will then assess your first session outcomes and prepare and share your personal R90 Technique Playbook (PDF). Including your key tactics and habits to remaster and implement. *Any sleep tracker data collected will be considered.
During a reset period of 5/7 days Nick will be available via email/WhatsApp as the changes are implemented and experienced.
Step 3. After the reset period is completed a review session will be arranged to allow both yourself and Nick to establish what has been achieved, what are the next key factors to focus on and what else could be achieved moving forward.
Once this review session has been completed your R90 Technique Playbook would be updated as required providing you with everything you need to optimise your sleeping now and for your future.
